Role Description

We are looking for a Director of Product to own and elevate our product organization. This is a senior leadership role, part of the management team, that combines people management, product operating discipline, deep customer understanding, and go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with proven experience managing and developing product teams (PMs, designers, or specialists).
• Experience building and shipping product in healthcare, understanding clinical workflows, and how healthcare organizations buy and adopt technology.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Track record of owning a product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system (providers, payers, value-based care, HIPAA).
• Experience running a structured product methodology with real discipline.
• Comfort making prioritization calls with limited information.
