Role Description
This strategic leadership role is responsible for defining and executing product and portfolio strategies in the global interventional microwave ablation and software solutions market. The Director of Portfolio & Product Management drives innovation and growth by translating business objectives into actionable product plans, evaluating market opportunities, and shaping solutions that meet customer needs. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. This position also leverages market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making and optimize the portfolio. Develop and implement portfolio and product strategies, including lifecycle management, pricing, and go-to-market approaches

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmaps

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in product or portfolio management leadership roles

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred

Deep subject matter expertise in interventional medical devices, ablation technologies, and clinical software solutions
