[Hiring] Digital Service Line Leader @ZF Group

Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused leader to deliver profitable growth for a focused product/customer segment through the definition and execution of a differentiated product strategy. In this role Head of Service Line Trailer, you will own engineering delivery, and close collaboration with commercial and operational functions.

• Own the end-to-end product and engineering execution for the sub-service line segment, ensuring delivery of committed roadmap and customer value.
• Drive profitable growth for the sub-service line, owning the full P&L and contributing to the overall service line financial targets.
• Define and maintain a compelling product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market evolution and strategic priorities of the service line.
• Build effective collaboration with commercial, marketing and support functions to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution.
• Own investment decisions and resource prioritization across the sub-service line, balancing short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform growth.
• Anticipate customer and market evolution to identify new product opportunities and ensure the sub-service line remains competitively differentiated.
• Build and develop a high-performing, accountable and delivery-oriented team spanning product management and engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with several years of leadership experience in digital products, software solutions, or technology-driven businesses.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital product portfolios, including ownership of commercial results and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of product management, software development, agile methodologies, and the commercialization of digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams in a matrix organization, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common objectives.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interactions with customers, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and a passion for driving innovation, business growth, and organizational development.
