Role Description

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering mobile app experiences that improve engagement, retention, productivity, and business growth for Brand Partners and Customers. This role connects business strategy, customer needs, stakeholder alignment, and technology delivery.

• Owns the mobile app roadmap, backlog, requirements, release readiness, and customer feedback loop.
• Ensures development work supports measurable business outcomes.
• Direct mobile app product experience is preferred.
• An intermediate product owner with genuine passion, an ownership mentality, and technical prowess can also succeed in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Define and maintain the product vision for the mobile app.
  • Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, development effort, and strategic alignment.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a primary advocate for the mobile app users.
  • Gather feedback through various channels.
  • Build trusted relationships with various teams and represent customer needs.
• Roadmap and Backlog Ownership:
  • Own and maintain the mobile app product roadmap and prioritized backlog.
  • Break roadmap priorities into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready work.
  • Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning support.
• Product Delivery Leadership:
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Clarify requirements and make timely decisions during development cycles.
  • Ensure delivered features meet business intent, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Beta Program and Release Management:
  • Own the beta program, including tester recruitment and communication cadence.
  • Define beta entry and exit criteria, test scenarios, and feedback channels.
  • Manage release readiness across various platforms.
• Mobile App Experience Ownership:
  • Improve the end-to-end mobile app experience.
  • Increase user adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with design and analytics to identify friction points.
• Data-Driven Product Management:
  • Define success metrics for major features and product initiatives.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
  • Create clear recommendations based on evidence.
• Innovation and Digital Transformation:
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and personalization.
  • Evaluate new ideas through customer value and feasibility.
  • Partner with technology and analytics teams to test and launch digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in digital products, product management, or a related field.
• Foundation in product ownership.
• Eager to continue growing skills while contributing to meaningful product initiatives.
