Role Description

The Commercial Product Management Director owns the commercial and go-to-market strategy for Outseer’s fraud portfolio, ensuring innovative capabilities move successfully from concept to commercial reality. This role provides portfolio-wide strategic and commercial leadership across:

• Proposition development
• Use case definition
• Proof-of-value validation
• Competitive positioning
• Field enablement
• Packaging and pricing
• General Availability (GA) readiness

Operating horizontally across the product portfolio, the Commercial Product Management Director establishes the commercial perspective that informs portfolio priorities and investment decisions.

This role brings a portfolio-wide customer, fraud-domain, and commercial lens to determine where Outseer can create the greatest customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management, product commercialization, go-to-market, fraud strategy, solution consulting, or related experience within enterprise technology, fintech, payments, or fraud prevention.
• Demonstrated expertise developing and articulating compelling customer and commercial value propositions.
• Meaningful banking fraud domain experience.
• Strong understanding of fraud operations, fraud typologies, customer workflows, and operational challenges facing financial institutions.
• Direct experience working with Sales and Solution Consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading the commercial aspects of PoC, PoV, pilot, or early-adopter programs.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple products or capabilities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product priorities and investment decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience presenting recommendations to C-suite and senior executive audiences.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and commercial storytelling capabilities.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, strategic work through influence.
