Role Description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) leads the company’s overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. As the senior product and customer‑technology leader, the CPO is accountable for product development, launch, performance, and evolution, as well as strategic vendor and technology partnerships that drive growth and innovation. The CPO will partner closely with both internal and external constituents (i.e., sales, business leaders, customers, and prospective customers) to fully understand market dynamics and translate that into Vector’s product strategy and roadmap.

Define and own the company’s enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Lead successful development, launch, and lifecycle management of all products and platforms.

Serve as the senior decision maker for product priorities, standards, and investments.

Partner closely with both internal and external constituents (i.e., sales, business leaders, customers and prospective customers) to fully understand market dynamics and translate that into strategy.

Oversee strategic vendor relationships and emerging technology partnerships.

Act as the executive authority for customer‑facing product design, positioning, and performance.

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, and Finance to align execution.

Build and lead a high‑performing, customer‑focused product organization.

Use customer insights, market trends, and data to continuously refine strategy and drive innovation.
Qualifications

15+ years of progressive product or technology leadership experience.

Proven success leading enterprise‑wide product strategy and multi‑product portfolios.

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.

Deep customer, market, and technology insight, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Experience building and scaling high‑performing product teams.
