Role Description
The AWS Cloud Offering Global Lead is responsible for shaping, scaling, and driving the global AWS Cloud offering strategy across Accenture Markets. This role owns the end-to-end offering lifecycle—strategy, solution design, commercialization, governance, and performance—ensuring alignment with market demand, AWS priorities, and Accenture growth objectives. The role partners closely with Markets, Sales, Delivery, Finance, and AWS alliance leadership to accelerate revenue growth, differentiation, and execution excellence.
Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in cloud strategy, offering management, consulting, or large-scale transformation roles

Prior experience leading global or regional offerings, programs, or portfolios preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Requirements

Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, cloud operating models, and enterprise transformation

Proven experience in offering management, portfolio strategy, or large-scale cloud programs

Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin, and business case development

Executive communication and stakeholder management across global, cross-functional teams

Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive alignment across Markets, Sales, and Delivery
Roles & Responsibilities

Define and own the global AWS Cloud offering strategy across Mid Market and priority industry segments

Lead offering design, value proposition articulation, and solution packaging aligned to AWS services and GTM motions

Partner with Markets and Sales leadership to embed offerings into pipeline, pursuits, and account plans

Establish operating model, governance, and performance metrics for offering execution and scaling

Drive financial rigor including business cases, pricing frameworks, margin tracking, and investment prioritization

Coordinate with Delivery and Workforce teams to ensure capability readiness, capacity planning, and skill alignment

Act as the primary interface with AWS alliance stakeholders for offering alignment and joint GTM initiatives

Track offering performance, adoption, and impact; provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership

Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on market feedback, deal learnings, and competitive insights
