Role Description

We’re looking for an entry-level Product Lead (Associate PM) who is curious, analytical, and passionate about building products that solve real problems. You’ll support product planning, execution, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering user feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support creation of product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with engineering, design, QA, and marketing.
• Track product performance metrics and user behavior.
• Help prepare product documentation and release notes.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic product lifecycle concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools.
• Interest in UX/UI principles and user-centric design.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis or user research.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Exposure to wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq).
