Role Description
Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions, taking into account personal context and comorbid health conditions. As the Associate Product Manager for Data Governance, you will be the enterprise-level owner of analytics governance, shared definitions, and enablement processes that ensure Omada can answer critical business questions faster and more efficiently. This role will work across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to create the structures for how analytics are governed, accessed, and used.
The primary mandate of this role is to support the product strategy and roadmap for Omada’s enterprise analytics including governance, shared definitions, and enablement tooling. You are accountable for ensuring that teams across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance can ask and answer critical business questions quickly, consistently, and with high trust in the underlying data. This means defining how key concepts are governed, how new concepts are integrated into the data model, and how cross-functional stakeholders engage with the data platform.
You will act as the central product owner for Omada’s analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption across the company. In practice, this includes:

Establishing and maintaining authoritative definitions for core business and clinical concepts, and resolving conflicts between local and enterprise views.

Designing and evolving governance processes, SOPs, and engagement models so that analysts and business users can work efficiently within a coherent, well-understood framework.

Collaborating with other product managers to incorporate data science concepts into their features & experiences.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent/relevant years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s (or generally 3+ with an advanced degree).

Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement.

Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions.

Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions.

Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred.
