Role Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive customer-facing digital experiences across multiple platforms. This role focuses on building seamless, high-conversion user journeys that directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and AI-driven experimentation to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution
-
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and iteration

Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, flows)

Drive fast execution with a strong bias for action

Customer & Conversion Focus

Improve key funnel metrics such as traffic β conversion β revenue β repeat usage

Identify friction points in user journeys and optimize UX/UI

Work closely with design to build intuitive and high-performing experiences

Experimentation & AI-first Thinking

Leverage AI and experimentation frameworks (e.g., personalization, recommendations, A/B testing)

Run rapid experiments to optimize user experience and business outcomes

Use data to inform decisions and continuously iterate

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality features

Collaborate with global stakeholders, with required overlap in EST time zone

Align product roadmap with business goals and customer needs

Prioritization & Decision Making

Own roadmap prioritization based on impact, effort, and strategic value

Balance quick wins with long-term platform scalability
Qualifications

2β3 years of experience in product management
-
Prior experience in a product-based company
-
Exposure to consumer-facing (B2B) products is preferred

Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

High ownership with a bias for action

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience or exposure to AI-first product environments

Strong understanding of experimentation, metrics, and data-driven decision-making

Must be comfortable working in US hours at least till 5 pm EST
Nice to Have

Experience in restaurant tech, consumer tech, or e-commerce platforms

Familiarity with conversion optimization and checkout flows

Hands-on experience with A/B testing or experimentation tools
