Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Exchange Operations to lead and scale key operational functions across our global digital asset platform. This role sits at the center of exchange performance, overseeing market-facing operations, user and KYC feedback loops, and token and liquidity monitoring. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Data teams to ensure the exchange runs efficiently, user insights are translated into product improvements, and market dynamics are actively monitored and optimized. This is a high-impact role with broad visibility across the business, responsible for connecting operational execution with product and market outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions
• Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and trading initiatives
• Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements
• Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity
• Oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CMC
• Work cross-functionally to improve product, trading experience, and workflows
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or related roles (crypto / fintech preferred)
• Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and token performance
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing operational and market data
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

Requirements

• Experience in crypto exchange or digital asset platforms (nice to have)
• Familiarity with CoinMarketCap (CMC) or similar market data platforms (nice to have)
• Exposure to token listings, liquidity management, or market operations (nice to have)
• Experience working with trading data or market performance metrics (nice to have)
• Basic understanding of KYC / onboarding processes in fintech or crypto (nice to have)
