[Hiring] AI Product Strategist @TEKsystems

Role Description

This person will help evaluate and contextualize AI use cases across customer-facing products. They will help strategize planning and implementation plans, including evaluating whether to build internally with their data science team, engage an outside agency to build, or pay for a tool.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI tools & use case execution
• Experience with customer-facing AI product development
• Experience with MCP and backend layer/support
• 5–10 years of Product Management experience
• Ecommerce experience
• Strong communication skills to present to leadership and stakeholders during recurring meetings
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled customer experiences or AI-powered products
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, APIs, and AI integrations (not necessarily building models)
• Experience working closely with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams
• Strong customer journey and product discovery skills
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business solutions
