[Hiring] AI Product Manager @All Cares

Role Description

We're turning Scaleo from a tracking platform into agentic software for partner marketing - agents that monitor, decide and act on behalf of our customers. You own that on the product side.

• Think agents that optimise offers, flag fraud, generate reports, surface the best partners, and suggest the next action to an affiliate manager.
• Plus the agentic layer that connects Scaleo to the tools our customers already use - MCP, tool use, natural-language access to data.
• The first AI features ship this autumn with design partners. You take it from there.
• Core tracking has its own owner - you build the AI layer on top.
• We set the direction. Every decision inside the AI track is yours.
• Success is how many customers use AI every week - not how many agents we ship.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B SaaS PM - owned a product end-to-end, with results in adoption or revenue. You've made calls nobody handed you.
• Shipped AI to real users - LLM features or agents in production. You can explain how you measured quality, where you put guardrails, and what broke.
• Builds with it yourself - agents, tool use or MCP, with your own hands. Show us something you built in the last year.
• Fluent spoken English - you'll run customer calls.

Requirements

• Affiliate, performance marketing or adtech - strong plus.
• iGaming — operator or network side - strong plus.
• Data and analytics products - strong plus.

Not a fit if

• Your AI experience is using ChatGPT or Claude for your own tasks.
• You've never measured whether an AI output is good.
• You've always worked from someone else's roadmap.

Benefits

• Full ownership of the AI product line, reporting to the CEO.
• Base salary plus a bonus tied to AI revenue.
• Equity - you join before our funding round.
• Fully remote, flexible paid vacation.
• Company-funded AI conferences and courses.
• A defined path to Head of Product - criteria agreed at offer stage.
