[Hiring] AI Product Manager @Insider One

Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to make the dream a reality. Our mission is to guide new product ideas and set the vision for our growing family of products. We use data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide development and design teams toward a common goal.

• You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building.
• Lead cross-functional teams from a product's ideation to its launch.
• Build a product and strategy that reflects Insider One's vision.
• Clearly articulate the business value to the product team.
• Define the release process and coordinate activities to bring the product to market.
• Manage and prioritize product items.
• Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs and requirements.
• Define and analyze metrics to calculate product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Create great products that everybody loves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Requirements

• Experience using and applying Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions.
• Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy in conversational AI channels (nice to have).
