Role Description
The AI Product Manager owns CPRS’s enterprise AI product vision, roadmap, and value realization. This role is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing AI initiatives that align to CPRS’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as the primary business-facing leader for AI, the AI Product Manager ensures that the right problems are selected, clearly defined, and successfully adopted by the organization. The AI Product Manager does not own technical design or engineering implementation. Instead, this role provides leadership and direction to the AI Architect and related technical contributors, ensuring that architectural decisions, development efforts, and delivery timelines remain tightly aligned to business priorities, success criteria, and enterprise constraints.

Own the enterprise AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with CPRS’s transformation priorities and business objectives.

Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, and sequencing of AI opportunities and initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to identify operational pain points and define high-value AI use cases with clear business justification.

Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, use cases, MVP scope, release plans, and measurable success criteria.

Serve as the primary business-facing leader for the AI function, ensuring initiatives focus on business value rather than technology experimentation.

Provide direction and prioritization guidance to the AI Architect, ensuring technical work aligns to approved product scope and delivery goals.

Establish and own the AI operating model, including governance, prioritization criteria, decision cadence, and stakeholder communication.

Monitor progress, manage tradeoffs, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment across scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes.

Own adoption planning, change management coordination, and post-deployment value realization tracking.

Prepare executive-ready communications on roadmap status, risks, dependencies, resourcing, and realized benefits.

Define standards for business cases, success measurement, and post-implementation reviews.

Participate in budgeting discussions and decisions.

Technology partnership building (Third-Party relationships).
Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, and executive stakeholders.

Strong capability in portfolio management, prioritization, and roadmap ownership.

Proven ability to convert strategic goals into executable product plans.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of AI-enabled business capabilities sufficient to guide prioritization and evaluate outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in product management, program leadership, transformation, or enterprise technology delivery.

Experience leading AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with agile and structured delivery models.

Ability to lead through influence and execution through others.

Working hours should mirror those of assigned client for at least 50% of the work week and 50% of client’s day/time zone.
