The Architecture, Compute, and Engineering (ACE) organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem with a comprehensive set of capabilities that empowers end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth for Allstate through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission. Our goal is to deliver an absolute frictionless experience for our user community.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Allstate’s AI technology ecosystem. The Agentic DevOps Enablement team accelerates the organization’s journey toward becoming an AI‑native business, keeping pace with emerging technology trends.

The team engineers solutions that equip digital product teams building AI applications with secure, governed, and scalable tools, infrastructure, and services across the entire AI development lifecycle (AI‑DLC). We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the AI‑DLC product area. This team is also entrusted with enabling a digital agent workforce to operate alongside humans, creating futuristic development experiences.

The AI Digital Product Manager contributes to the definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of innovative, AI‑enabled products and tools within Allstate’s growing product portfolio. This role supports early‑stage product exploration and experimentation and helps translate emerging technologies—such as generative and agentic AI—into measurable, scalable enterprise value.

  • Design and run evaluation frameworks to measure product reliability, performance accuracy, security, cost efficiency, and regression robustness across feature enhancements and runtime environments.
  • Apply structured thinking to understand the “why” behind decisions, including framing build‑versus‑buy analyses and using KPIs to guide direction.
  • Measure success through team outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data insights to inform product direction, investment decisions, and prioritization.
  • Apply lean product concepts to validate assumptions quickly, fail fast, and deliver simple, effective designs.
  • Define and track meaningful metrics to guide future product decisions.
  • Translate complex technical topics into small, independent, testable user stories.
  • Drive aligned features and experiences across multiple products, ensuring consistency and seamless end‑to‑end user journeys.
  • Lead and participate in discovery and test‑and‑learn activities, rapidly validating assumptions, evaluating AI‑enabled solutions, and adjusting product direction based on findings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a product‑focused role.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering products in an IT environment.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor market trends and adapt product strategy accordingly.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience working in KPI‑driven environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts clearly and drive decision‑making.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
  • Demonstrated skill in defining and prioritizing product features.

Requirements

  • This role partners closely with engineering teams based in India.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working early hours aligned to EST to support overlapping collaboration time.
