[Hiring] Acqueon Product Owner @Han Staffing

Role Description

Healthfirst is sourcing for a replacement resource for an Acqueon Product Owner. They are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Acqueon Dialer who can independently lead the team and has solid expertise in writing user stories.

Looking for a seasoned Product Owner that is familiar with auto-dialer campaign management. The individual needs to lead efforts independently, work effectively with a scrum team using agile methodology, as well as have the ability to work across teams. The Product Owner must collaborate with business stakeholders including:

• Marketing
• Call Center Operations
• Sales
• Compliance
• Other IT teams

The individual will be responsible for:

• Gathering requirements
• Working with scrum teams to create user stories
• Partnering with developers to ensure prioritized work is consumed in the appropriate sprints
• Continuing backlog management of requests
• Conducting testing efforts with QA team members
• Organizing UAT sessions with business stakeholders
• Providing support for incidents/defects
• Creating well-defined presentation decks to highlight all new or updated functionality to business partners

The Product Owner must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to utilize data to tell a story. They need to have worked as a Product Owner on Acqueon, not as a technical developer or junior PO.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer service environments, with hands-on experience in dialer operations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Acqueon Dialer platform experience (highly preferred)
• Twilio integration or communication platform experience
• Healthcare industry background
