Role Description

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

• Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
• Monitors outcomes and ensures the sustainability of improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Master’s degree (Preferred)
• 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management (Required)
