Role Description

Own Consistent Execution Across the Network

• Manage two different kinds of leaders: Four Regional Network Managers and two Agent Leads.
• Ensure standards, tooling, and escalation protocols work uniformly across all six leaders.
• Resolve friction between the RNM and Agent Lead structure.
• Prioritize when both RNMs need attention from the same Agent Lead.
• Participate in agent deactivation decisions alongside the Agent Lead and Procurement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Regional Network Manager and Agent Lead Teams.
• Directly manage the four Regional Network Managers for cross-regional consistency.
• Directly manage the two Agent Leads for balanced workload and consistent execution.
• Coach and develop both groups differently based on their needs.
• Resolve misalignment between RNMs and Agent Leads.
• Own Agent Deactivation Decisions.
• Serve as the Operational Escalation Point.
• Partner on Strategic and Cross-Functional Work.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in network operations, field operations, or multi-site operations leadership.
• Experience managing managers, not just individual contributors.
• Comfortable being one of three decision-makers on consequential calls.
• Strong operational judgment.
• Experience partnering with strategic or business-development functions.
• Clear, direct communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Performance standards, tooling, and escalation protocols are consistent across all four regions.
• RNMs and Agent Leads report a clear, well-functioning working relationship.
• Agent deactivation decisions are documented consistently across all regions.
• Handoffs from Network Solutions land cleanly.
