[Hiring] Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement @SharkNinja

Role Description

The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical leadership role in driving cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across SharkNinja’s Operations organization. This individual will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency across the business.

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities across the Operations expense base.
• Own the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, delivered on time, financially validated, and incorporated into forecast updates in partnership with Finance.
• This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly from executive-level portfolio management to deep analytical problem solving and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, or financial performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) a plus.
