[Hiring] Resource Management Specialist @Avenga

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resource Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support resource planning, scheduling, and reporting processes to ensure efficient utilisation of team capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, analytical individual eager to grow in resource management.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of resource planning and workload management processes
• Familiarity with Jira and scheduling tools (Outlook, Teams)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting (Power BI is a plus)
• Ability to handle routine tasks independently and prioritise workload
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Support resource planning activities, including capacity analysis and bench forecasting
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking of billable vs. non-billable utilisation
• Maintain and update resource data in internal systems and tools
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
• Use Jira to track tasks and support workflow management
• Coordinate schedules using MS Outlook and Teams Calendar
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and organised records
