[Hiring] Regional Offloads Operations Leader @GE Aerospace

Role Description

The Regional Offloads Operations Leader is responsible for leading operational execution across a defined region of offload partners, ensuring alignment to business priorities, operational standards, and customer commitments. This role serves as the key regional operations leader connecting offload partner performance to GE Aerospace services network objectives through rigorous operating cadences, shop performance management, and cross-functional issue resolution.

• Drive consistency in partner shop execution.
• Support the connection of S&OP plans to actual performance through SV data management.
• Lead regional operating mechanisms focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to identify risks, close execution gaps, and drive performance improvement.
• Utilize FLIGHT DECK principles, structured problem solving, and action planning.

Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA: Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operation Management; knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
