[Hiring] Preventive Maintenance Coordinator @Eaton Corporation

Role Description

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator. This is a remote role, with the requirement that candidates are based out of Raleigh, NC.

The Customer Support– Preventive Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for proactively managing the “Preventive Maintenance” work orders. In this role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of PM scheduling associated with assigned service territory.
• Schedule PM work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors to maximize Customer Service Engineers’ time and efficiency by maintaining and managing contract compliance with work orders, contacting customers for scheduling of PMs and documenting the efforts per the PM scheduling process.
• Maintain the preventive maintenance report list and update critical account information in Salesforce. Access SAP to obtain confirmation of PM contract coverage and PM site contact information.
• Collaborate with Area Managers / Supervisors / CSEs / Other Support staff in various teams to drive PM completions and contract compliance.
• Partner with Sales and Contract representatives to obtain information and/or resolve issues.
• Access PowerBi Dashboards and produce reports for PMs and distribute to service territory.
• Provide weekend phone coverage on a rotational basis.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high volume technical customer support role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This is a remote role - No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Experience working with SalesForce and SAP (preferred).
• Experience reviewing and managing large volumes of data (preferred).
• Strong customer focus & commitment to providing world class customer support (preferred).
• Ability to work as a partner to support a distributed workforce (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (preferred).
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively under deadlines in fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision (preferred).
• Ability to adapt to change (preferred).
