[Hiring] Operations Support Associate @Superior PLUS Realtors

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will provide critical support to agents, property managers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and seamless client experiences.

• Assist with property listings, client communications, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to support smooth closings
• Maintain and update records in MLS, CRM, and internal databases
• Prepare reports on property listings, transactions, and operational metrics
• Track deadlines, contracts, and compliance documents for ongoing deals
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist with tenant or buyer inquiries
• Help resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in real estate, operations, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS systems, and CRM software
