Role Description

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, highly autonomous Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day operational engine of the business. This professional will:

• Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee inventory levels and purchase order (PO) cycles.
• Manage co-packer production schedules.
• Model landed costs for new retail accounts.
• Proactively monitor major distributor relationships (KeHE, UNFI) to prevent stockouts and write-offs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within the CPG or food sector.
• Demonstrated ability to author operational SOPs and build tracking frameworks.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining demand forecasting models.
• Comfortable working with unit economics and gross margin analysis.
• Native or near-native written and spoken English fluency.
• Full availability to work standard US Eastern business hours.
• Dedicated, quiet home office and stable, high-speed internet connection.

Requirements

• Direct prior experience managing major national CPG distributor accounts (e.g., KeHE, UNFI).
• Familiarity with inventory data/BI tools or cloud ERP platforms.
• Prior experience working alongside founders or small executive leadership teams in high-growth CPG environments.
