[Hiring] Operations Manager @PNC

Role Description

As an Operations Manager within PNC’s Sub-Servicing Administration team, you will manage a team of developing Loan Administrators. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Payment processing off remittance reports
• Monitoring a group inbox
• Reviewing quarterly reporting
• Reconciling the assigned general receipts account
• Processing advance requests
• Providing oversight of the external Primary Servicers
• Acting as a Liaison between those Primary Servicers and other internal departments

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing operating plan and communicating strategic direction to operations team
• Managing supervisors and/or individual contributors
• Achieving desired business results and acting as a point of escalation
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions of varying risk and financial value
• Providing coaching and development to team members
• Leading staff meetings and translating strategic direction into tactical operating plans
• Identifying, influencing, and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Reviewing transactions and/or reports to identify exceptions and ensure compliance
• Managing risk mitigation and business resiliency activities

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
