Role Description

The Operations Excellence Manager - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for supporting strategic and operational improvements across the revenue cycle with a primary focus on:

• Accelerating cash collections
• Increasing cash velocity
• Reducing revenue leakage
• Improving overall financial performance

This role serves as a key operational and analytical partner to Revenue Cycle leadership and frontline teams. The Operations Excellence Manager leverages data, analytics, and process improvement methodologies to:

• Identify performance trends
• Uncover root causes
• Prioritize opportunities
• Lead initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial results

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and does not initially have direct reports. If not local to the Des Moines, IA area, this position can work remotely with required occasional travel as needed.

Salary range: $120,000-135,000 plus 15% bonus

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience analyzing large data sets and driving measurable operational improvements
• Strong project leadership, communication, and influencing skills
