Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Coordinator based in the United States. In this administrative support, project coordination, and business operations role, you will be the operational backbone of our team. You will streamline administrative workflows, manage calendars, organize digital documentation, and support cross-functional initiatives to keep our day-to-day business functions running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and manage executive communications.
• Create, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational workflows.
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on pending action items across departments using project management software.
• Maintain organized digital filings, update CRMs and databases, and prepare weekly operational reports.
• Assist with special projects, team onboarding, and managing vendor or software subscriptions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, business operations, executive assistance, or project coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with high professional standards.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern collaboration tools (G Suite, Slack, Zoom) and project management platforms (Asana, Notion, or Trello).
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.
