Role Description

We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a remote environment. As a Remote Operations Specialist, you'll support client workflows, scheduling, follow-up, record management, and general coordination. You'll help make sure important details stay organized, requests move forward efficiently, and communication remains clear throughout the process. Some responsibilities may also involve reservation details, accommodations, transportation, activities, or other itinerary-related coordination when applicable. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate client requests, schedules, and confirmations
• Maintain accurate records and account details
• Track pending items, deadlines, and follow-up needs
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Assist with changes, adjustments, or special requests
• Research information when additional options are needed
• Support select reservation and planning-related details
• Help keep multiple client processes organized and on track
• Review information for accuracy and completeness

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Professional in communication
• Self-motivated in a remote environment
• Comfortable using email, apps, and online systems

• Experience in operations, administration, customer service, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
