[Hiring] Operations Associate @Paired

Role Description

We're looking for an Operations Associate to keep our daily guest and property workflows running smoothly. This is a remote, hands-on role that touches every part of the operation—guest communication, turnover coordination, vendor follow-up, quality control, and incident response.

If you're organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable picking up the phone to get things done, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, complaints, and urgent guest issues via phone, text, and platform messaging.
• Turnover Coordination: Schedule and confirm cleanings, track supplies, review property photos, and ensure units are guest-ready on time.
• Vendor Follow-Up: Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors, track open tickets, verify completed work, and escalate delays when needed.
• Quality Control: Monitor guest reviews, spot recurring issues, and suggest improvements for properties with declining ratings.
• Incident Escalation: Respond to noise or behavior alerts, de-escalate professionally, document clearly, and escalate serious matters to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, property management, or operations.
• Experience with software for operations, scheduling, or team communication.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making calls to guests, cleaners, vendors, and property teams.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiar with spreadsheets, messaging apps, and task management tools.
• Calm and professional when handling complaints or urgent problems.
