[Hiring] Operations / Admin Manager @Vertu Agent

Role Description

You'll run the back office of a growing US business in trades, real estate, merch or consulting, so the owner can focus on clients and growth.

• Own day-to-day operations: orders, scheduling, vendors and client communication.
• Coordinate the team and contractors; track tasks and deadlines.
• Keep the CRM and job-tracking systems accurate.
• Support payroll prep, invoicing and bookkeeping handoffs.
• Document processes as SOPs and automate repeat work with Notion, Zapier and AI tools.
• Report weekly on key numbers and open issues.
• Solve problems independently and escalate only what needs the owner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or office management, 2+ for a US company.
• Strong organization; owns a process without supervision.
• Notion, Asana or ClickUp, Google Workspace and a CRM.
• C1 English, confident with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Nice to have: Zapier or Make, QuickBooks, Jobber or ServiceTitan, DoorLoop or AppFolio.
• Top of range: end-to-end workflow ownership, self-built automation, managing people or vendors.

Benefits

• $20,000–30,000 USD/year ($1,800–2,600/month) base plus potential commission.
• Full-time, remote, US business hours.
