[Hiring] Operational Excellence Lead @Somewhere

Role Description

Our client is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to own the organization's operational documentation program, ensuring processes are documented, employees are trained, and adherence is consistently audited across all locations. This is a build role focused on scaling documentation, review, approval, publishing, and training processes to ensure operational standards are consistently adopted throughout the business. The role also leads safety and compliance initiatives while driving continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing documentation, training, or audit programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with a structured, data-driven approach.
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written). This role works closely with US-based leadership and requires near-native communication skills. The interview process includes English assessments.

Requirements

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification/experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.
• Experience managing workplace safety or compliance programs.
