Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Order Management, Order Desk, CPQ administration, or similar operational roles, including more than 2 years of team management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and document management tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, Octiv, or equivalent platforms
• Deep understanding of quote-to-order workflows, contract execution, and SaaS product/SKU structures
• Proven track record of maintaining accuracy and policy compliance in high-volume order environments
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify gaps and build scalable workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting or partnering closely with Sales and Finance teams in a SaaS environment

Requirements

• Lead the Order Desk team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all quotes, orders, amendments, and contract changes
• Oversee end-to-end order workflows, from quote creation and approvals through booking, provisioning, and documentation
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and quality assurance oversight for Order Desk Specialists
• Maintain order accuracy and compliance with booking, revenue recognition, pricing, and discount policies
• Manage contract and documentation workflows across CRM and CPQ platforms, including Salesforce, PandaDoc, DocuSign, and related tools
• Drive data hygiene and integrity across all order-related systems
• Review and validate documentation for amendments, product changes, adjustments, and add-ons
• Serve as the primary operational partner to Sales for pricing, quotes, approvals, contract changes, and order execution requirements
• Troubleshoot issues related to quotes, CPQ logic, contract versions, product SKUs, and billing workflows
• Identify and champion automation and process improvements to accelerate order cycle times and reduce error rates
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and RevOps to ensure order processes comply with policies and support sales efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing readiness, order compliance, and accurate policy interpretation
• Support reports on order volume, cycle time, exceptions, quality assurance trends, and operational KPIs
• Support operational components of renewal processing, including quote accuracy, documentation, and booking, in partnership with the Renewals leadership team
• Ensure renewal orders meet accuracy and policy standards before booking
