[Hiring] Manager - Equipment Module Sourcing @Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC

Role Description

As a Manager - Equipment Module Valves, you will lead a team responsible for the global sourcing, contracting, and commercial management of engineered equipment, valves, and critical supply chain solutions supporting APX nuclear projects. You will shape sourcing strategies for advanced clean energy technologies and collaborate with various stakeholders globally.

You will report to the Director, APX Supply Chain Commercial Operations and be located at our Cranberry, PA location, requiring a remote schedule with travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain & Commercial Excellence:
  • Create category and sourcing strategies that improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), mitigate supply chain risk, and ensure long-term supply continuity.
  • Lead bidder identification, supplier qualifications, RFx activities, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and award recommendations.
• Supplier Relationship & Risk Management:
  • Lead strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) programs with important global suppliers.
  • Promote supplier performance improvements through executive business reviews, scorecards, and performance management processes.
  • Find and address commercial, operational, geopolitical, capacity, quality, and delivery risks.
• Strategic Leadership & Team Development:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a commercial sourcing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop global sourcing strategies for complex engineered equipment modules, materials, and services supporting APX projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex negotiations, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, contract development, and supplier selection activities.

• The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
