Role Description

As a Remote U.S. Logistics Operations Coordinator & Route Planner, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our products across the United States. Operating from Poland, you will manage the intricacies of U.S. logistics, optimizing routes and coordinating operations to meet our customers' demands. This role requires a strategic approach to planning and a meticulous eye for detail to maintain our high standards of service and delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations for U.S. shipments.
• Develop and optimize transportation routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant U.S. transportation regulations and company policies.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics and route planning, particularly within the U.S. market.
• Ability to manage operations independently and effectively.

Requirements

• This role is offered as a B2B contract.
• Individual must be based in Poland.
