Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager - Technical to oversee and manage the hard services and technical operations of our facilities located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven experience in facility management, and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams. This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years and up to 25 years of relevant experience in facility management with a focus on hard services and technical operations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in building maintenance, engineering systems, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in team handling, leadership, and people management.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and safety standards relevant to facility management in India.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field is preferred.

Requirements

• Supervise and manage all hard services and technical facility operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other technical services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical staff, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for efficient facility operations.
• Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for facility maintenance and technical services.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments of all technical systems and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Respond promptly to technical emergencies, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and team performance to senior management.
