Role Description

The Facilities Coordinator for the Facilities Department is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance of centers to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. This includes:

• Sourcing and coordinating vendors for services
• Facilitating daily work/service orders
• Ensuring compliance with established health, safety, and security regulations
• Assisting with other tasks related to the tracking and oversight of departmental functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year prior experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field preferred

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong operational focus
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments
• Ability to learn multiple technology platforms quickly
• English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $22.00

Work Environment

• Includes a typical remote office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues
• May include travel up to 5%

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods, as tasks require
• Ability to carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to use and speak on the phone and via teleconference, as needed throughout the day
