Role Description

  • Daily, weekly, monthly monitoring of transaction and availability.
  • Advise the Root Cause.
  • Initiate corrective actions, collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with the vendor/partners to ensure prompt resolution and eliminate re-occurrences.
• Site Audits, Site visits, cash audits - Periodic and Chronic Sites
  • Identify challenges impacting transactions and availability.
  • Reporting and initiating corrections actions at the local levels in coordination with various different teams within NCRA and at the vendor side.
  • Monitor Cost of Service Delivery and keep those under the assigned benchmarks.
• Site Agreements, Landlord Coordination, Electricity availability
  • Site Agreement - New & Renewals.
  • Ensure Zero E-Bill disconnection.
• Security Incident Reports
  • Security incidents are reported and local actions are initiated.
  • Should visit the concerned site for vandalism/theft case, visit police station for reporting and supporting legal actions.
• Top Hatch FLM
  • Ensure sites are visited within the agreed timelines based on the calls assigned.
  • Suggest the actions needed to resolve and initiate corrections actions.
• Customer Meetings & Vendor Meeting at Local Levels
  • Head of LR's to ensure that this is done diligently, to support the local level engagement with an objective to achieve the goals.
• Automate for Efficiency
  • Reduce report generations at the local team.
  • Coordinate with the central teams on the need for reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrate initiatives that generated additional revenue for the business.
• Professional Development Demonstrative Behaviour
  • Complete ALL assigned NCR Atleos Courses.
  • Complete 3 x NCRU modules/courses to upskill (Per Quarter).
  • Practice and Promote - Compliance, Ethical and All-inclusive environment.
