[Hiring] Director of Operations SNFs & Hospitals @Medrina

Role Description

If you are an experienced administrative leader or provider in a long-term care or Skilled Nurse Facility (SNF), or a Rehabilitation Hospital who is ready to grow and work remotely managing provider and client relations and operations in the Northeast Region, this role is for you! This is a full-time role operating remotely during standard business hours Monday - Friday from your home office. The candidate must reside in Northeastern region of USA. Occasional (quarterly) travel in northeast region (NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE) is required to meet with providers and clients, or for business meetings and training. This is not a flex job. This role does not offer immigration visa sponsorship.

This role offers annual salary of $90,000 - 100,000 and an annual performance bonus of up to 10%. We offer robust benefits package including:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare fields.
• Cannot be excluded from participation in any state or federal programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.
• Must have 2 years of leadership and administration/management experience in a healthcare setting with a proven record of leading team(s) to operational success. Experience in SNF or long-term care facility is preferred.
• Track record of building strong relationships with providers and clients.
• Experience with Medicaid billing and reimbursement policies and understanding of care coordination and Medicare.
• Quarterly travel to client locations in the Northeast region (NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE & etc.); and occasional travel for company training and meetings.
• Proficiency with HIPAA and PHI compliant practices.
• Proficient in healthcare management software (EMR, HMR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• This is a remote, work from home position which handles sensitive, confidential, and financial information. Work must be performed in a secure and private setting.
• Communicating via virtual online meetings daily with reliable internet connectivity with camera on as well as being responsive in a timely manner during work hours via email, MS Teams and phone are required.
