[Hiring] Client Delivery & Operations Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

We are hiring a smart, hands-on, offshore Client Delivery & Operations Manager to run client project management, strengthen the internal systems behind the firm, and serve as a proactive, "10-steps-ahead" operational partner to our Founder & CEO. This is a unique hybrid role that combines:

• Client PMO Management (driving complex client deliverables across external stakeholders)
• Executive Operations & Founder Enablement (inbox, calendar, travel, and priority management)
• AI-Forward Business Operations (process automation, marketing collateral support, and website maintenance)

Typical Weekly Allocation:

• ~25–30 Hours/Week (Core Priority): Client Delivery & PMO Management
• ~20–25% of Capacity: Founder Enablement & Executive Support
• Remaining Capacity: Operations, AI Workflows & Growth Support

When responsibilities compete, the priority order is:

• Active client commitments and deliverables
• Urgent Founder support
• Internal operations
• Prospecting and marketing support

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience running complex, multi-workstream projects
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Comfort with inbox management, calendar control, and executive follow-up
• Skilled at creating polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks and marketing assets
• Curious about AI tools and actively uses AI to improve speed and quality
• Creates structure, documents SOPs, and builds clean folder hierarchies
