[Hiring] Amazon Operations Manager @Hustler Marketing

Role Description

The main purpose of the Amazon Operations Manager is to support the management and day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for This is Unicorn's clients. This includes:

• Managing inventory
• Coordinating shipments
• Setting up promotions
• Supporting product launches
• Uploading content
• Preparing reports
• Resolving operational challenges

You will work across multiple client brands and Amazon marketplaces, primarily in the UK, EU, and US, as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Japan. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing sales and inventory data
• Identifying operational issues and growth opportunities
• Making recommendations based on findings
• Executing tasks that support each client's goals

A significant part of this role involves problem-solving. You will regularly encounter situations that require investigation and practical solutions. You will work closely with the wider This is Unicorn team, receive training on the agency's processes, and participate in regular training and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• Practical experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Strong interest in Amazon, e-commerce, and digital marketing
• Solid analytical mindset
• Experience using Amazon-related tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Understanding of Amazon's operational environment
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience communicating with Amazon Support
• Ability to work across different Amazon marketplaces
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fluency in additional European languages is a plus
