Role Description

As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will support US-based doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in their clinical practice. You will also provide various frontline patient services and/or back-office tasks while providing administrative support to the client’s operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Nursing or other Allied Health course (Registered or Underboard).
• Background in healthcare accounts or hospital/clinical settings is an advantage, but not required.
• Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken).
• Willing and able to work fixed night shifts.
