Role Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant with proven experience handling PNS Reports to support med-legal workflows in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. This role focuses on coordinating diagnostic documentation, ensuring report accuracy, and maintaining organized workflows that support providers, attorneys, and insurance stakeholders.

• PNS Report Management: Review, organize, and track PNS reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
• Documentation Review: Verify medical records include all required clinical, diagnostic, and case-related details
• Diagnostic Coordination: Manage and organize supporting diagnostic testing documentation (e.g., NCS, EMG)
• Work Comp / PI Support: Maintain organized case files, upload documents to EMR, and follow up on missing items
• Workflow Tracking: Monitor report status, timelines, and ensure smooth case progression
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, labeling, and communication using EMR and VoIP systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with PNS Reports
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured workflows and processes
• Highly organized and process-driven

Requirements

• This is a full-time contractor role (40 hours per week)
• Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
