[Hiring] Virginia Associate Supervisor - Remote Supervision @Daybreak Health

Role Description

As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will:

• Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists : Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
• Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice : Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with Care Teams : Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervisees to create a holistic support system for each student.
• Focus on Outcomes : Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients.
• Maintain Supervisory Documentation : Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.
• Engage in Professional Development : Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Virginia as an LCSW, or LPCC meeting the supervision qualifications for the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full licensed clinician.
• Completed supervision training.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Requirements

• Bilingual Ability : Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
• Specialized Training : Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
• Educational Experience : Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
• Credentialing : Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
