Role Description

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced USRN to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals, who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

• Review and analyze patients’ medical history, diagnosis, and previous medication records
• Assess clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare, complete, and submit Prior Authorization requests to insurance providers
• Fill out and submit attestation forms based on payer-specific guidelines
• Ensure submissions align with insurance criteria and clinical protocols
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding authorization status, additional requirements, or clarifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prior authorization activities
• Follow compliance, HIPAA, and organizational standards at all times

Qualifications

• Must be a registered PHRN and USRN (Must be active)
• 1 - 2 years' experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
• Good working knowledge in processing Prior-Authorization
• Must be keen to details
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
