Role Description

The PASRR Therapist will perform assigned in-person Level II assessments for residents of nursing facilities who have a diagnosis of serious mental illness (SMI). The therapist will engage positively with individuals while building trust and rapport throughout the assessment process. Responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments within specified timeframe requirements for each assignment to ensure state guidelines are met.
• Documenting findings.
• Utilizing appropriate clinical knowledge when conducting evaluations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College.
• Active DOPL license in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC).
• Live in Utah.
• 2+ years’ experience in social services.
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service.

• Flexible hours, asking for 10 hours/week, remote (must live in Utah).
