[Hiring] Therapist Associate @Rising Arete Mental Health

Role Description

Now Hiring: Newly Graduated Associates

Starting your career as a clinician is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. You shouldn't have to figure everything out alone. At Rising Arete, we believe great clinicians thrive when they have the freedom to develop their clinical identity, the support to grow professionally, and a team that genuinely values them.

The word Arete comes from the Greek concept of reaching the highest quality state or effectiveness possible. That philosophy is at the heart of who we are—not just for our clients, but for our clinicians, too.

We are looking for newly graduated associates working toward independent licensure who want to build a meaningful career in a supportive private-practice environment. This isn't just a job. It's an opportunity to grow into the clinician you want to become.

What You Can Expect at Rising Arete

• W-2 employment — enjoy the stability and benefits of being an employee rather than an independent contractor.
• 401(k) benefits to help you plan for your future.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your overall well-being.
• Flexible scheduling — you have significant autonomy in creating a schedule that works for your life.
• Beautiful, professional office space designed to provide a welcoming experience for both clinicians and clients.
• Dedicated computer and workspace with the tools you need to practice effectively.
• Support in building a sustainable caseload based on your clinical interests, availability, and professional goals.
• Clinical and professional growth opportunities as you develop your career.
• A collaborative, supportive culture where clinicians are respected as professionals.
• A long-term home where you can build relationships with colleagues and grow alongside an established team.

Build Your Clinical Identity

Graduate school gives you a foundation. Your early years in practice are where you begin to discover the clinician you want to be. At Rising Arete, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop your clinical identity and areas of interest.
• Build your caseload gradually and sustainably.
• Learn from experienced professionals.
• Receive support as you navigate the transition into clinical practice.
• Develop confidence and independence as a clinician.
• Grow your skills while working toward independent licensure.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.

Who We're Looking For

• Newly graduated and working toward independent licensure.
• Passionate about providing excellent clinical care.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate.
• Interested in developing a strong and sustainable caseload.
• Motivated to continue learning and growing.
• Comfortable taking ownership of their professional development.
• Looking for a collaborative environment where they can build long-term relationships.

Why Rising Arete?

We know starting your career comes with a lot of choices. Some practices treat associates primarily as a way to fill a caseload. We believe in something different. We want to invest in clinicians who are at the beginning of their professional journey and provide an environment where they can develop their skills, discover their strengths, and build a sustainable career.

You bring your passion, clinical knowledge, and commitment to your clients. We provide the environment, resources, support, and infrastructure to help you succeed.

If you're looking for a practice where you can grow with support, develop your clinical identity, and become part of a team that values longevity, we'd love to meet you. Come grow with Rising Arete. Reach your Arete.
