Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional academic promotion plans to achieve academic engagement and promotion objectives within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation and enhance the company's academic influence within the region.
• Monitor and collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, product developments, customer insights, and healthcare reimbursement policy implementation, and provide timely market feedback.
• Conduct pharmaceutical information communication and academic promotion activities in full compliance with Gilead's Code of Ethics, Business Conduct Standards, and all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; multinational pharmaceutical company experience is preferred.
• Strong scientific acumen, with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or other healthcare-related disciplines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and willingness to embrace challenges while demonstrating alignment with Gilead's culture and values.

Requirements
