Role Description

We are seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position. In this role, you will provide virtual patient care to individuals across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare from your home office.

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Conduct virtual patient assessments via secure telehealth platforms
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EHR system
• Make sound clinical decisions, including appropriate escalation and referral
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity and coordination of care
• Provide patient education and counseling on health management and prevention
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, scope of practice, and HIPAA standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and meet established quality measures
• Provide coverage for overnight and after-hours shifts as scheduled

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia
• National Nurse Practitioner board certification
• Telehealth experience with virtual patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and clinical decision-making
• Preferred: Multi-state NP licensure to support patients across all three states
• Preferred: Experience with overnight or after-hours coverage in a clinical setting
• Preferred: Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care team coordination
