Role Description

Telenett is a leading telehealth company based in Texas City, TX, USA. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telehealth Nurse to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing virtual nursing care to patients through telecommunication technology. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients.

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members through telecommunication technology
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with telecommunication technology and electronic health records
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
